The Certain event platform has been a reliable foundation for our event management for a long period of time. It consistently allows us to manage registrations, build out our event programs, and manage attendee check-in. It has enabled us to successfully manage the in-person and hybrid events that we hold over the course of each year. The real time updates on survey's issuing CE/CME credit to attendees is wonderful and extremely helpful to us. Push notificaitons, full schedule, lead retreival badge scanning.. this app is truly our meeting one stop shop. We couldn't have our meeting without it! Very user friendly. I have been in the event management industry for over 12 years and have used many systems over that time. Certain offers a lot of flexibility. Their mobile check-in app is maybe what sets them out the most, in my opinion. This app allows for huge sales teams to get a simple access code (no unique login credentials needed) to get into the check-in and lead tagging features. This allows the team to easily (and I mean easily) download and access the particular event they are working on. Check-in is a breeze and very intuitive. Additionally, they have (from all of my evaluations and testing over the years) the only event platform that has lead tagging capabilities straight from this check-in app. This means that any of my employees can make critical, real-time notes from customer conversations so that we are ready for immediate follow-up after the event. I have been using this tool for the last three years and am creating, editing, and managing events daily. It's incredibly easy to implement across all of our product teams and intuitive API linkage allows us to broadcast our events across our website to localize the experience for our customers. If there is ever a problem, a quick email is responded to within a couple of hours at the latest. If it's urgent - I've gotten a call within 5 minutes. Completely second to none. With all that I love about this service, I will say a dedicated power user is pretty important. The system, as robust as it is, can be very complicated. Particularly if say it's used across a team and someone is only running a couple of shows a year. Relearning where everything is can be a struggle if there isn't that POC for troubleshooting or streamlining. That being said, being the power user does not need to be a full-time job for someone, but know that spending the extra time to set up templates beforehand and make sure that people know exactly all the information to provide when creating an event and it hasn't been difficult on my end.
