Cascade allows our entire team to organize all of our goals/objectives with dates/KPI's to see what is happening across all areas of the business. I am impressed with the updates and support. I prefer working with a person, Sarah has been great! Like any software program, once you get past the initial learning curve, you can see how well designed and easy to use this program is.
