I like its task master add on which enable us to automate some daily tasks. A lot of the qeuestions we have can find anwers from the community forum which is great. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
It's expensive and each additional add on costs a lot. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Features like replacing, saved presorts, being able to create expressions in dedupe, CASS and NCOA is quicker lately Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
It's got a green screen feel to the format, feels like a program from the 90's; the wordage and errors are confusing and unclear, it would be nice to have a key or something explaining errors, especially when uploading to PostalOne, they're confusing (just tell me the permits don't match!); it randomly will access deny me in the presort screen throughout the day and I have to restart my computer. XML is like the child that's unwanted, most of the training and knowledge is for .DAT. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The GUI is great for beginners. It is easy to use, even for those who do not know all of the usps rules and regulations very well. Their customer service is also wonderful. I've worked with George Vaisey, Hank Martin, and Scott Bubel many times, and they are all great to deal with! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Task master could have a bit more flexibility for advanced programmers. I also dislike that the IMB settings have to be selected in both the label output and the mail.dat wizard - it makes it so easy to have a mismatch and end up with undocumented errors. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
