My Company rehires independant contractors for short term projects, can BambooHR manage this effectively i.e. is the 'ex employee' profile still visible in the talent pool and easy to reassign to a new job?

We have been using Original Hire Date to show someone's PT hire date then Hire Date to show when they moved to a FT position. We use this to better determine accruals and review dates for rate changes. Would just using the employment status table make more sense for this or does anyone else do... Lire la suite
