My team and I have been using Backlog for more than a year now. But the only problems we see are that it only allows creating two levels of tasks. Only parent and children. Now, we need to EDIT and then change the assignee and then have to submit the changes. Is there any quick keyboard action or something by which I can assign it to someone very quickly

Like one of my colleague assign me a task so can i split it in to multitask

I feel that backlog is not popular as they are not marketed well because whenever I recommend to fellow testers they give a quizzical look.
