The ease of configuration, and the support.. As a long time property administrator I have seen the system grow with casino community. It is a perfect solution in our environment because our cashiers move from outlet to outlet within the shift. Also, the system is very secure. The permissions module that has been developed over the years has allowed us to maintain control while giving the cash handlers the tools to best serve our guests. There are third party vendors that we have tried to work with over the years, but it has been dfficult due to the proprietary code of IG. Also we are expereincing challenges with hardware solutions that will support the new PCI environment in our business.
