Actus is a very user friendly system and very intuitive to use. As the Project officer and being responsible for training staff on the system it has been very easy for me to do this. We have been using Actus for eight months now. I have found the Support team at Actus to be very responsive to both support and development requests. As I am in Canada, there is a six hour time difference.
