Which customer success tools make the biggest difference in your day to day work?

Hello! I'm wondering which customer success tools impact your daily work the most. I work on a small CS team and am considering investing in a new customer success tool. Which tools have stood out to you? I asked my team, and they suggested Totango and ClientSuccess. I did some basic research on G2 but also wanted to engage the community to see what other options are out there.
