how can i make a tool like the playvox or improve it?

i want to make a tool which allow me to focus and measure every action taken from the agent but i want to make my Owen application and i would love to know how to make a perfect easy application to use it and monitor the agents in my team and check theri skills for the communication and handling with all the different skills and make them know their score with making their score go all the way up
