1. You can pull media clips from premium websites that have paywalls 2. It gives you social shares, social traction and sentiment 3. Great customization 4. The filters and boolean search capabilities are great

We use Zignal to do issue monitoring for our client.

I like that we can monitor an issue for our client using complex Boolean searches. We have a fantastic rep that has helped us make sure our search terms work well and to troubleshoot issues. They have great customer service.
