I found the feature that automatically fills in the vendor name, coding, and other previously saved information incredibly helpful. It saves a lot of time and makes the process much more efficient.

The AI function, remembers what usual Coding to use on each invoice, and allows for invoices to need approval if over a certain amount to maintain everyone is on the same page. Very easy to use and set up what kind of invoice you have. I use this often so all these functions make my day to day life easy
