Thoropass is easy to use and stores all audit evidence in a centralized location. It helps break down the milestones and monitors integrations automatically. As a company going through SOC2 for the first time, it makes it really easy for us to visualize and track our progress. In addition, the customer success manager is always available and very responsive to our team's needs.

The ladies we work with gently nudge us in the right direction and provide us with insight on what is up and coming. They never tell us what to do, but rather advise us on the best practice. Laika integrations are wonderful and are SUPER helpful, especially when it comes to finding minor hidden issues. The new UI is wonderful! Laika went from giving us a spreasheet for gap analysis a few years ago,. to a freaking awesome and easy website UI which makes it VERY nice for our CEO to view! PS: CEO loved the new gap analysis!
