I have been using TenantCloud for 3 years and have been VERY pleased with it! We own a 21 unit Senior Living Apartment Facility. I am able to track both current and past leases, rent paid and unpaid, make notes in each tenants file including emergency contact, birthday, phone numbers etc that are at my fingertips when needed. There are so many features available that I don't use such as emailing directly to tenants, auto pay, etc due to the age of our tenants and them not using technology but this is the beauty of this program. You can use as few or as many features as you wish. The cost is reasonable and their service is top notch. I have tried others and searched for programs that were comprehensive but easy to use and this is the only one I've found that works for everything I need.

I like nnline applications, online leases with electronic signature, rent collection, and tracking maintenance requests the best with TenantCloud. It is an easy application to use through a web browser or mobile app.
