The new Application has friendly features, easy to use and provides great experience for the users. Also it provides industry standard integration patterns and formats that every customer can use.

I love the Riversand Intuitive UI. They have easy integration to other systems like Tibco, EPI Server, ATG and that is what we wanted to integrate. Along with that it also has a great support for multiple Taxonomies, Channel Management, multiple UI & Data Locale support. Riversand has the strong workflow engine which takes care of organisation data governance and audit. On top of these it is easy to implement and were able to go live in 3 months. They have a strong Business rule Framework which allows us to develop any business specific requirement without Riversand's support and we are self sufficient. Riversand also has great Customer support system for any issue.
