I find Rippling to be an intuitive portal for all things HR, payment + tax forms, time off, approvals, employment doc verification, device management. I am easily able to create reports and see details about and links to my benefit providers. It is the source of truth for our company's org chart. It even provides secure SSO for other portals like 401k provider and some other tech vendors that we use.

Rippling makes payroll super easy going through salary personnel, then hourly personnel, and finally contractors. Review allows you to see changes from a prior payroll to let you compare to expectations. Secondly, Rippling helps you with onboarding with easy setup, and reminders.
