I like being able to quickly create simple apps and reports to roll out. When you get to more complicated use cases, it's usually doable. There are a plethora of resources available online when you need help. Their help pages, Quickbase University, recorded Webinars, discussion pages, and various 3rd party support make it so that you can usually find an answer somewhere. If you can't find the answer online, then Quickbase support is one of the better support teams I've worked with. But, their single greatest thing may be Pipelines. Automations, app integrations, and API support are powerful and easy with Pipelines.
