Equally, being able to pull in external data from our database and Salesforce into Pendo gives us a big edge in understanding our users and how they behave. Equally, being able to use these analytics to build targeted in-app messaging has been phenomenal. We came from Appcues, where we could not do this type of granular targetting and the difference is amazing. The increased personalization has made a lot of our in-app customer engagement activities much more effective and the ability to limit the number of guides a user sees ensures that we don't spam our customers. 100% would refer to other orgs.
