I love how much I can accomplish with Pendo without needing to depend on technical teams. It's user-friendly, the tables are excellent, tagging is straightforward, funnels work seamlessly, and the segments are thoughtfully designed for highly precise targeting. Plus, the guides are incredibly effective for boosting engagement.

Great for event-based tracking that is compliant with the required privacy laws AND is a handy in-app messaging (guide) tool that helps to launch quick surveys and onboarding. Before starting to use Pedno, we had demo with quite a few Pendo competitors (like Heap, Hotjar, Amplitude, PostHog etc.), the reason we chose Pendo was that it seemed easy to use, and more importantly compliant with the required privacy laws in our industry (example: PII).
