Notably, Givebutter is a free fundraising platform. This is possible through "tips" from your donors. While usually a plus for fundraisers, as it raises net payout, it can also be a concern for user experience as certain features bump up this tip. However, the highlight is the service's openness to feedback and improvement. Givebutter is always launching new and useful features based on user comments with transparent updates about the development pipeline for upcoming changes.

Our website developer set our new website up with Givebutter which has worked flawlessly during the first 3 months of our new website. No issues at all. Any questions I had were promptly answered much quicker than the previous company we used. I am sure we are not using all the available features yet but will learn more as we get more familiar with how additional features work. I love that we can set up reoccuring donations.
