It helps, but still need a biller in office if you see even a moderate amount of patients.

The way they handle appeals saved us a lot of time. They have a 98% first pass success rate due to their rules engines. It frees up the office staff quite a bit for other tasks. Overall, though, it was cheaper to hire a full time biller

Best Patient and Doctor system

I like that you can easily schedule patients and see their labs with ease. You can see there last encounters and update their insurance information without any complications. The fact that you can communicate with the doctor and coworkers about certain patients is one of the best things and everything is right there in the system.
