The AI transcribtion was really good along with the autogenerated summaries from both tag and the whole interview gave a quick and comprehensive overview of a user interview. This coupled with the tagging feature made it very easy to capture user insights from interviews

Condens is a simple and effective solution to our needs. Getting used to the UI takes a little bit, but after that short learning curve, it's a great experience. When I have questions, or suggestions, I get personal responses from folks who are truly interested in understanding my perspective and improving their product.

The features are very helpful and easy to use, the performance of the software is very good. We use the software every day. What was most important for us: they are GDPR compliant and host their servers in the EU which only very few tools offer. In addition, export of a lot of data is possible. We discovered an issue and this problem was handled very fast. Furthermore, if there are any (feature) requests, you can always reach Condens via email and they take customer requests very seriously.
