Condens is amazing for managing qualitative, discourse-based research projecrs across faculty, students, and collaborating organizations. It is amazingly intuitive but for those who may need more support, it offers a ton of videos and support content to get you up to speed. The trascription and translation tools are beyond amazing and certainly beat out platforms like Otter.ai which I have used in the past for accuracy and fit for purpose. The AI support of insights from the transcriptions is also very powerful and maybe the best part of the whole platform.

The transcription is very accurate in English and in Italian! I love the highlights feature, with a little organization it makes your analysis super easy and helps creating clips and powerful video insights
