Ease of it all. It has the potential to save time on paperwork for the teachers and the director when using all the features. User friendly, even some of the less tech savvy teachers enjoy it. Parents love it! Less papers for them to remember to grab and share. Info sent to whoever the parents want to have access.

I love the ease of access of the application. It is very user-friendly, and both parents and staff members have easily adapted to use. It has been a life-saver in parent communication from the time that we recently opened our infant and toddler rooms, two classrooms that require a ton of communication. Brightwheel still has many features that we have yet to use, and I have found myself overwhelmed sometimes with the options and ease of implementing each change we have made. I have only found myself frustrated or confused a few times regarding a few features that I have felt need more help or are non-existent.
