Brightwheel is great for sending messages to families, and really easy to use for billing.

We love the ability to communicate with the parents. We also like the ability to send a message out to all parents immediately. We like that parents can sign in and out on tablets.

I really enjoy being able to give instant feedback. Parents know what is going on and it is not a laborious process. It is very easy to incorporate into daily activities. I also enjoy the ability to easily check in and see ratios and how attendance looks for the day. The ability to track immunizations is really nice and Brightwheel has done a great job updating and improving their software. I am very impressed with their customer support, it may take a little bit to get back to you, but you get the rep until all of the issues are solved.
