I have been using Brightpearl for the past 10 years which is a sign I am a very happy customer. We find it very user friendly, convenient for the entire team to access data and work on relevant processes and we like the fact it is totally integrated so no systems issues.

The easy ability to set up integrations with key channels easily such as Amazon and Shopify. We manage multiple channels and having a single platform to review all customer orders and transactions is a great resource. Of course, this is also great for inventory management.
