The campaign procress is straightforward and the support is very responsive. BV has a big pool of clients and products get picked very quickly. BV also has a large network of retailers that reviews can be syndicated to.

The support team is very helpful, informative, and responsive which is helpful for people who are new to handling BazaarVoice. They seem very eager to help and with the added support pages and free webinars that are provided, there are many opportunities to learn more about how to manage the platform.
