Our main contact at Basis takes initiative in jumping into Basis and proactively making optimization suggestions for us to be successful which is extremely helpful. She constantly makes herself available to us when we need help. As for the platform, we are able to get access to the inventory we need for our campaigns with the ability to test different audiences and inventory to make our campaigns most successful. Being able to pull the levers ourselves on campaigns and to know exactly what is successful for our clients is highly valuable.
