Basis DSP is easy to navigate and its efficient functionality makes training the team on the platform simple. Centro's product and innovation team does an excellent job at staying on the front-end of the industry and attaining valuable feedback from their clients, then deploying those learnings/features into the platform in a timely manner. The CSM support team is very, very good. Our agency votes Centro/Basis support as the best customer service we receive from any platform we currently, or have ever, used.

Game changer

Using Basis has changed so much for us. While it was never a bad thing to wait for the Centro Managed Services team to build a campaign, it really saves so much time when getting a campaign started. In many instances, we've needed to get a campaign up and active quickly and having Basis in house has allowed us to dive right in and get something going. Having the entire tool box at your disposal is quite powerful.
