LOVE the screen recording capabilities. I'm a slow adopter so it's hard to move me from something if I already have a process that worked, but I finally got to the point where I really wanted to be able to record my voice in the screen recording as well and gave this a try. I still don't love using it for Screenshots yet. I don't like sending a link. I use skitch currently and I love that I take the screenshot, annotate however I need to, can copy the annotated image, drop it where it needs to go, and then remove it. It doesn't save anywhere, it's not a link, it's just an image which is exactly what I usually want/need.
