Pricing is little to much for Small businesses! The pricing structure has a flaw, They charge per conversation basis. If a customer already initiated a chat through a support channel, let's say through Facebook Messenger, when the same person contacts us again with another channel let's say Telegram then both of the conversation will be treated as seperate and charged as two conversations and there's no way to map those to a particular customer that makes us sad when we offer more support channels. Zendesk Sunshine is built around layering information between their applications. The application is intuitive from a user perspective; it does not take too long in order to learn how to navigate it.
