It has been a game changer for our small RCM team. Been able to combine, compress and convert files to word or excel has made us sooo much more efficient and timely. We have recommened PDF to many of our clients and others. Love the simplicity and ease to implement PDF element. Has many features from Editing to OCR to AI assistance. The licensed version does everything that Adobe Acrobat full license does with the exception of a limit of 3 on how many signatures you can do. Get around the signature cap by using Docusign or another signature program's trial.
I haven't used the AI summarize feature because I pretty much only create PDFs of my own or fill in forms.
I always worry with these off brand software programs that I'm installing some sort of trojan or virus but this one passes MacPaws malware/virus deep scan on install and on each update so far.

The AI Companion is kind of annoying in that it pops up every time you open a file and offers to summarize it for you. I guess it's pretty eracy to close it with a click, but still.. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
As an Adobe user of 30 years who recently dumped them, I was so thankful to find Wondershare PDF element, which is an easy to use alternative to Adobe Acrobat. It allows me to edit pdfs as needed, sign documents, edit text, organize pages, and more. It's very user friendly and easy to use. Sometimes it takes a bit for it to open pdfs. Another issue was simply figuring out all of the different things I could do in PDF element, but that's more of a user issue. I'm pretty tech savvy but there was a bit of a learning curve at first. Not everything was intuitive and where I would expect it to be. However, on the whole these are minor complaints. One of the essential advantages of Wondershare PDFelement is a large number of tools for documents’ editing. This makes my work easier since I can merge, split or extract content as a readily available tool. The OCR function has helped me a lot in editing documents I couldn’t get my hands on before they were scanned. There is one disadvantage of Wondershare PDFelement, and that’s the inability to work with graphics in detail, like changing their colors or size and more. As a free image editor, it’s possible to crop, adjust brightness and contrast but you can’t perform some of the complex editing that this app offers on other apps which may be irritating when doing professional work. My favorite thing about PDFelement is how light the app is on my system. Too many document reader/editors are consuming way too much CPU, while Wondershare does the opposite while still offering a wide range of features. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The Wondershare PDF needs more toolbar pop up descriptions explaining functions and tips. Wondershare PDF could be "smarter" offering smart guides to assist completing a desired task. For example i frequently need to add my travel agency contact info marketing one page sales forms. Me gusta la facilidad con la que han hecho la edición de PDF con Wondershare PDFelement. Encuentro la interfaz muy amigable, puedo anotar, firmar o convertir documentos rápidamente en solo unos pocos clics. Wondershare PDFelement no es realmente lo más rápido con archivos más grandes.
