Centralised remote or system access paves an easy path for breaking down of malware points on any device in the network and protects from external phishing attacks. The filters, the navigation and the sidebar are fussy sometimes. I understand that security software should monitor and block any sort of suspision, however whitelisting of some actions is much needed, so that most of the false alerts can be avoided. The general layout takes some time to get used to, it is fine once we get used to. EDR portal is little complex which requires some training.
