The only draw is 1) the price (though all of the companys I work for pay for it so I've never had to deal with that), and 2) the fact that you can't upload and share Premiere projects. Amazon's cloud server has a wiredrive alternative that allows you to upload and share Premiere projects as well as leave notes and comments during specific seconds of the video.
