My favorite part of wellness living is how easy it is to track member measurements and progress in the transformation logs. We have some members who only want weight checks and coaching time. My least favorite aspect is the check-in feature. I would prefer to be able to see member names as they are checking in which our old system allowed. With wellness living, you have to go to the check in page every time someone checks in if you forget their name or if you/they aren’t sure they checked in properly. Worst of all, it does not automatically refresh nor does the refresh button work so you have to go through all the steps of getting out and back in to the check in page and then scroll through pages of members to get to the most recent! WL tiene muchas características útiles, siendo la más obvia la capacidad de crear y rastrear reservas de clientes y vender pases/membresías. Una vez que todo está configurado (lo cual es un proceso), esta parte es bastante fácil y ofrece opciones para el auto registro de clientes, registro del personal, etc... La aplicación del personal es HORRIBLE. Se retrasa terriblemente, hasta el punto de hacerla confusa a veces si haces clic demasiado rápido. Es limitada y no es consistente con el proceso de registro en un portátil o incluso en el sitio web móvil. Además, muchas de las funciones por las que nos inscribimos son confusas de configurar y su servicio al cliente es deficiente una vez que firmas el contrato. Este software es altamente personalizable. Puedes elegir cómo pagar a tu personal (tarifa fija, comisión), hay widgets para incorporar transacciones en línea y permitir que tu calendario refleje cambios en tiempo real en tu sitio web, y la interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de usar. When I finally decided to switch to Wellness Living last year, I was a little scared to leave my prior business managing company, even after not being happy with their pricing for so long.

On one hand, my studio had 4-years of client data, and I was worried about the migration. Our staff and members were also familiar with the prior platform, and I was nervous about starting over with a new system.

From my first call to Wellness living I felt safe and well taken care of. The on boarding experience was amazing. Data migration was seamless as it can get, and we receive on boarding support for at least a month after the transition -this was a hot line exclusive just to us (new members). In the end, we were up and fully running within 2 weeks.

Our staff and members got used to the new software right away!

The software is easy to use, and they grandfather us on a pricing for life! (say what?). Whenever we had questions, the support team has always been very helpful in quickly answering our questions and educating us.

We are very happy to have switched programs, and highly recommend the Wellness Living Business Management Solution and the team. Switching software can be scary, but with a well managed software and great support team and at a great price, making the switch is a no brainer. Thanks so much Wellness living! Cambiamos a Wellness Living en enero de 2017 y no podríamos estar más felices. Había estado con MBO desde que abrí mi estudio de yoga, en 2004, y estaba buscando un mejor sistema con mejor servicio al cliente. Definitivamente lo encontré con el sistema WL. No solo es un sistema mucho más atractivo visualmente, sino que también es intuitivo, fácil de usar e increíblemente fácil de aprender. Para ser honesto, estaba muy nervioso por la transición y no estaba deseando aprender un nuevo sistema y capacitar a más de 20 personas. Pero, estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. Ahora nuestros clientes se registran para más clases en línea, el sistema es completamente compatible con dispositivos móviles, y nos encantan los correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto de marketing integrados. Y para colmo, el equipo de WL es realmente increíble. Conocen tu nombre, tus negocios, y te responden de inmediato con videos personales y explicaciones para cualquier cosa que necesites. As a small business owner i changed from moneris mind body to wellness living 3 years ago and we never looked back.

These people are true Yogi’s they really do support your business and do the very best to find solutions the the things that inevitably go wrong in life.

They are fast and always wonderful to speak to on the phone, instead of creating problems they work very hard to solve them

I would certainly not hesitate to rejoin them when i find my new location.

i have enjoyed the clear conversations to fix things as a person who is so not technical in anyway.

They are a wonderful corporation that dares to care.
