I like that I am able to create different areas that aren't always connected to a course. I also like that it can track time, grade level, and other markers by person and keeps track. It's a nice way to keep all evaluation data together and runs reports for me instead of having to do it manually. The customer support is always super helpful and easy to reach. I like that is syncs with our other institutional data systems and with outside pulbications aggregators (Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, etc.) so we can collect data for faculty performance reviews without having to rely as much on individuals' memory and data entry. Not able to download the file in PDF, which is from the steps beyond you. For example, when you submit it and it reaches to the step of chair review, the document uploaded by the chair is available to read online but not able to download. Not sure why.
