Implementing new schemes is relatively simple and straight forward, the user interface is easy to navigate around, and the system is incredibly flexible. The reporting features improve with every update. Support team are knowledgable and responsive, and the CSMs are always on hand when needed. There is a plethora of training material available through their eLearning portal, and a blossoming community portal where admins from different customers can come together and share best practice, ask questions and one-up each other on how they've used features! While the goal for using Varicent was to reduce complexity and unique configuations, it's still easy to add certain customizations. Easy integrations, uploads, and great CS team that answers questions / issues quickly.
