The heat map in the Resource scheduling module is very flexible and makes it easy to see at a glance who has availability and who doesn't. The custom reporting tool and the ability to export reports to Excel is also very nice. The Project Planner, while sometimes a bit tricky to use, it has all of the features you would expect to find in a robust project management tool like MS Project for building work breakdown structures. The ability to add user defined fields to our screens, flexible security roles, and the ability to create custom workflows has been very beneficial. One of the main challenges we've had is the system is developed to work for organizations who charge time and materials to clients. We charge fixed rate fees to clients which has prevented us from using the platform to its fullest.

Analytics is not the greatest. It can sometimes be challenging to find the correct data source that has all the data points you want to capture in a report. We've been able to customize our timesheets for detailed attributes and regional variations. The tech support is responsive and great to work with to identify and resolve any problems we have, which isn't often.
