What should I do when the Number Keypad is grayed out and I can't choose an option when prompted to?
Sometimes when making an outbound call on UJET the number keypad is grayed out, and I cannot choose an option when promoted.

Are you able to implement widget, so we can see an icon for Ujet and save space on the screen?
We do not have an additional monitor in our houses, so keeping the Ujet tab open intefiers with my operation, is there a way we can make it smaller or add a widget so we can only see the icon and be able to see our status on a widget?

User getting Unresponsive error while on call using Ujet
Random users are getting Unresponsive error while using Ujet voice application. There is no explanation for this I could find anywhere and any help would be appreciated. I hear from our client that this is related to bandwidth however the utilization on our internet links is less than 70%.

What is the standard amount of time it takes to fix a glitch or bug in UJET?
I deal with mainly calls and sometimes my calls are super slow when I'm talking to customers. I'll be talking to them and then they'll come in as if I never said anything to them. I know my internet connection is good too.
