Our implementation person Salma has been fantastic. She doesn't assume the accounting for our operations but actually asks questions to fully understand what our needs are. Even though it has taken me longer to get the information to The Answer Company, we are still able to move things forward. I like how the Chart of Accounts is flushed out rather than rushing through that process.
