Their support team always tries their best to understand any issues to resolve them as quickly as possible. Compared to our older application, it is much more robust and so much more customizable. The dislikes are minimal, and while the application is close to perfect, it does have a few flaws. But I have no doubt that the team is striving to improve them. The application's error handling could use some improvement, and when solving for those errors, it takes a few too many steps to remedy the situation. I have been working with Systemware for more than ten years now, and it has evolved into an excellent product for content management. The upgrade to version 6 was a significant improvement in document management and system administration, The latest cloud version 7 looks even better with more features and greater scalability. What's great about this product is that you can customize it to your business needs since every industry is different.

I like the user interface and how easy it is to tailor the solution to your specifications with the help of Systemware. It's easy to integrate their API with our internal solutions. Since the solution is highly customizable, you have to work with Systemware to build out custom applications that require service from their Solutions team, and the pricing can be a bit high.
