There are three things that I like best about SwagUp. One is the ease of creating a box. I know exactly what is in it and all the details at once, and I can easily choose the exact vibe I want. There are a lot of options too, which is nice.

The second thing that I like best about SwagUp is how responsive and helpful their team is. I had to order some beautiful sweatshirts that were not available in a color I needed. Their team found a sweatshirt that was exactly what I wanted, quoted it, and gave me updates throughout production. And all of this (besides production) was done in a blink of an eye.

The third thing that I like best is the user interface. Managing what boxes we have and where they are going is so easy with their dashboards. What I dislike is this:

You cannot "clean up" your dashboard easily. If there is a zero quantity of something, it still appears on your dashboard and I find clutter annoying. I'm sure if you talk to your rep they can sort something out but I just dont have the time.

The section of items available for packs is limited. Although their team would be happy to source something for you, it’s a drag when you need something in a flash.

Its hard to find invoices for shipping credits. They are not in the same place as the order invoices. Albeit, if you pay for shipping in advance you wont have this problem. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The communication to receive what we wanted took roughly 30 back-and-forth emails, much of which was clarifying what we wanted. It would be great to have a more clear picture of what the product dimensions are and how we can print images on certain products (embodied, screen printed, etc.) But!
