I like how easy it is to use the system once you have a good understanding of how things work. I love the email capabilities and the ability for a merchant to update their own payment information through the portal. I like the ability the merchant has to pay their invoice online. I do not like the landing page for the portal (the initial sign-in page) that the merchant receives. I constantly get comments asking for their User ID and Password; the page doesn't make it clear that this is where they create their User ID and Password. I also think that the reporting is lacking. It would be nice to see some drill-down links on some of the reports; I see total revenue or total sales but it would be nice to click on that number and have Fusebill produce a more detailed report about what makes up that number without having to search around for a different report that will produce the information that I need. My company sells memberships and physical equipment. I can segment my reporting for membership price points. But not for physical equipment. I can only see the lump sum figure for my total physical equipment sales. I cannot break it down by the equipment manufacturer/model. This limitation applies to all one-time purchases.
