I love the unlimited backup retention and the price point of this product. We use it for O365 and Salesforce and it serves the purpose well. Sales and Support are quick to respond and are very helpful. Implementation took all of 15 minutes and it is a set it and forget it type of product. Interface could use a little update especially for pulling in AD users. Some users should not show up in the interface and I would like a way to hide these. Spanning has helped to reduce costs for file storage within Salesforce, and more importantly, has tremendously increased peace-of-mind with automatic backups on data being stored outside of Salesforce but with simple restoration when needed. The team was great with onboarding and simplified everything as well. It runs automatically every day and was easy to integrate with Salesforce via the native package. 1. They accepted my business to backup data at a specific cost per month, with no limits. Then after a couple of years they said I have too much data to back up and wanted a lot more money. When I asked them to send me my data or give me a tool to mass migrate my data to another platform, they could not give me a solution other than to individually download data from each user account.

2. The platform was unable to move my company account smoothly from one domain to a new domain when we changed our company name and domain. Their solution was to keep using our old domain. That was not possible.
