I can see that if you are completing your review with others, you might prefer to take a set of more than can be taken in order to ensure that, for example, a specific period of time is limited to one reviewer. In my 12 years of document review experience, this is my first time using Sightline. So far it has been an easy, user-friendly experience. The platform is quick, simple, and the display has a pleasing interface. I initally had a technical issue getting into the platform, and Brian in customer service helped me resolve the problem right away, and I've had no issues since. I could not figure out how to view reviewed documents, which disappeared from the dashboard after completion. A colleague showed me where to find the widget to switch the dashboard view. Sightline was very easy to use, very accessible, and very easy to customise. It was great to be able to set up our review so quickly and then to easily make amendments ourselves as the review progressed, without needing to send instructions to the team managing the matter. It was quick to get used to the user interface, following which it became very intuitive and simple to carry out the vast majority of functions, including searching, retagging, and quality control. There were a few functionalities that could have been better, in particular it would have been great to be able to load a mini doc list containing just the current batch of documents on its own rather than every document reviewed in the assignment in question, as this was a bit cumbersome. It would also have been useful to be able to load the document reviewer in another window without affecting the document reviewer already loaded (or at least to have been warned about the fact it would mean coding in the original window wouldn't be saved).
