I liked that the tagging boxes could be moved around so that you didn't have to scroll to the bottom of the page every time you wanted to click "relevant". I found it very difficult to run searches myself because the coding infrastructure was too complicated. I understand that this is "one of those things" that comes with searching in eDiscovery but I think it could have been made easier and more user friendly for those who are not very techy. We ended up spending many hours on the phone to the IT support team to get trained on how to run searches and I think a better use of time would have been actually reviewing and coding the documents.
