The UX, the incessant bugs, the lack of support, and total lack of accountability. Some examples of bugs we've had just in the last few days:

These UX issues and bugs have only exacerbated as our team has grown, and it's not scalable for us to continue down this path -- and certainly not at the rates we're paying. Most recently, the Chrome plugin for Gmail still isn't working after much back and forth with support, and it only causes issues within email by blocking standard formatting options about 30% of the time.

In addition, this week a Sales Manager was randomly re-assigned 30 pitches that she had already reviewed to re-review, and scrapped her former reviews of them.

The admin UX is terrible and you're unable to edit courses that have already been created, so if you update your product or add a new feature, you need to delete the old course, create a new one, and re-assign it to the right groups and paths. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to do so.
