Reseñas de precios de Ruby Receptionists
We've been using Ruby for almost four years. It's made a world of difference having Ruby answer our calls so that our front office team can stay focused and not be pulled out of work to answer timely but not urgent inquiries. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
The quality of service has gone dramatically downhill (at least for our account) over the past 10 months, while the price has gone up. We find a lot of messages are billed to us at 5-minutes call-time but the details passed to the team are scant or incorrect. Calls have become very misdirected and when we've tried to help (with better scripting, redirecting message feeds with our own automations, etc) it hasn't gotten better. This then frustrates clients, who feel like their calls aren't being taken seriously and then have to repeat themselves or try other ways of reaching us. We recently cancelled our account with Ruby and felt like they didn't even really care we were leaving (which made leaving easier, actually). This is a disappointing ending for us, especially since we had built custom automations to ingest Ruby messages and deliver them to our team in the ways they preferred to receive them (Slack, Airtable, Gmail).
