I like that this is a single tool for so many aspects of management and employee performance. The goals tool is very helpful for setting long term goals and tracking progress. The kudos feature is excellent for company-wide shoutouts to employees for work well done. I use the 1:1 notes section with my direct reports and my manager to keep track of discussed topics. I found some of the goal linking confusing - when I input my own goals, it wasn't always apparent how to link those to goals of people higher in the org structure. I also don't like how you can't add more detail in 1:1 topics unless it's a comment. Would be nice to have bullet points of sub-points in a topic area to cover for 1:1 conversations. - I like being able to see all of the feedback from across the company, the performance review tool is clear and straight-forward, and being able to keep track of my 1:1 topics and goals makes meetings with my manager very easy.
- Collecting my feedback received on the same page as my 1:1 makes it very easy to bring it to my manager's attention
- The granularity with which I can control the email alerts I get is nice.
- Reflektive's reporting options make it easier to generate the reports I need, specifically a report to show how many employees have completed their performance review.

- Cascading of goals is a little convoluted and can be used incorrectly

It's very simple and easy to understand. Picking user(s) and adding tags is convenient too. We use this for our goal-checkin and setting up 1:1 topics. Peer review is pretty cool. No deeper integration with SharePoint or Teams. I worked with Reflektive's staff and we couldn't figure out how to use this without creating an org wide Team in MS Teams. Even if that happens, our team didn't think it was true integration to Teams. We were looking forward to using the global tab for Recognition but we haven't hear on that yet.
I wish posting pictures happens more. I can't remember a recent one. I haven't used much of Feedback section. It's not very clear how to use it. Give-thanks/Recognize is what I think feedback is. I see a reports tab next to my picture, when I click on it it just keeps spinning. Nothing happens. Not sure what is that supposed to do. Outside heart icon, we don't have other emoticons available.

My organization is still rolling Reflektive out, so I haven't used all of the functionality yet, but we've used it for OKRs, 1:1s, recognition/feedback, and performance check-ins. Reflektive makes it easy to track your OKRs with lots of flexibility in how you can measure them and provides a nice visual representation of how you're progressing on them throughout the year. Also, Reflektive's recognition functionality is nice - people can submit shoutouts for colleagues and we have a slack channel that they are all posted to for easy visibility. I wish the 1:1 feature had more functionality - for example the ability to schedule certain discussion topics for 1:1s in the future. Right now, it just puts all topics into one list without the ability to assign them to specific upcoming dates, which can make them difficult to sort through if you have a lot. I don't like how the goals section is not a natural next step after the manager review. Also I've found more issues with dept heads being frustrated that they can't see all of the reviews feedback of their entire teams... there isn't a proper management hierarchy established where the manager of a manager/supervisor should be able to see all of the direct reports review within their full team even if they don't perform the review on that employee. Also the feedback wall in concept is nice but would like to be able to turn off that function if we don't use it since we share our recognition through our communications channels (MS Teams) Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
