The whole user experience is pleasant and courteous. It is quick to learn and simple to use and implement. I appreciate the fact that there are several connectors across multiple open source platforms. There are still some flaws in the program, and occasional crashes occur. The problem is ultimately outside my control, thus I won't be able to utilize the program indefinitely unless they solve it.
