It is very easy to set up as an admin and easy to use as an end-user. The information ranges widely and lessons are short and sweet. It is easy to squeeze one in every week. Design is nice. The interface is highly commendable. The AI utilized in the background to generate test emails is notably impressive, and even as the IT administrator, I have nearly been deceived on several occasions. The reports are very well-presented, making it easy to monitor the company's performance. Additionally, customer service is exceptional, with optional meetings scheduled every few months to discuss new features of Phished. Typically, such meetings are redundant and inconvenient, but Phished consistently introduces valuable new functionality. Also, the assistance we had in setting up Phished was superb.
